Backstory

Jimmy’s spent his whole life trying to make life a little better for the vault dwellers of Vault 122. Now as a resilient member of the subterranean farming community, he has been called on to help the first survey team to determine an optimal location to establish the post-war community in the lush environment that awaits those who were protected from harsh times in a Vault-Tec Shelter.

Goals

Jimmy takes his new assignment very seriously, but finding a perfect spot for the new town won’t be hard in the paradise that awaits them all. Finding and claiming the best farm for himself, though, that’s a benefit of being the early shrew, if just finally leaving the cramped vault wasn’t enough.

Enemies

Jimmy’s had more than his fair share of troubles with the vault security team, so they probably won’t miss him during the short trip, but he hopes they don’t meddle around in the crops too much. That ignorant gestapo can’t tell what plants are valuable and what just needs to be left alone.

Updated Goals

Somewhat less energetic about helping the vault when his initial attempts were met with mild indifference, Jimmy still plans to keep up with his tasking and locate a good settlement for the vault dwellers. Part of that is fixing the nearby school and reporting back any imminent threats on the vault guardpost radio frequency 27.45 MHz.

The more time Jimmy spends out in the wastes the more clear it is becoming that noone from the vault will be able to survive this harsh new world in safety unless they have a significant technological advantage which protects them from all but the greatest of the continuous threats of the wastes.
